How about people simply not be fucking stupid in the first place?  Wouldn't that be so much better?  Why is that too much to ask?  

they pull the stick. and maybe the pepperspray if they cant see if the person has a knife.

I believe it is better to get tazed than beaten up and peppersprayed tough. Can't speakers From experience tough, a tazer KO's you the alternative hurts like hell and damages your eyes.
