Halo 5 disappointed at GamesCom.That say the "GamePro" magazine

Looks good to me, and from what iv seen and read, could be the best Halo game ever made. If they don't like the campaign then there's always the multiplayer.

Unless they have played the entire game I wouldn't be judging too early.
