Well if we go by what's out and what is known to be coming for it I think the exclusive library is pretty darn good. New Super Mario Bros (and Luigi) U, Super Mario 3D World, ZombiU, Wonderful 101, Bayonetta 2, Pikmin 3, Mario Kart 8, Super Smash Bros, Donkey Kong Country: Tropical Freeze, Kirby and the Rainbow Curse, Captain Toad Treasure Tracker, Hyrule Warriors, The Legend of Zelda: Wind Waker HD, Zelda Wii U, Xenoblade Chronicles X, Fatal Frame V, Mario Tennis Ultra Smash, Splatoon, Mario Party 10, Mario Maker, Yoshi's Wooly World, Genei Ibunroku #FE, the list just goes on. They aren't all smash hits critically, but it's a pretty long list. And many have had a lot of polish put into them and the majority have been quite well received. So betrayal would be quite odd to feel IMO. You could be disappointed that one specific game isn't out, sure. I wish there was a Metroid Prime. But the console has a really extensive, quality exclusive library with a lot of variety.
