As Hiska said we have Famitsu top 100 for the first half of 2015 which gives up some updates on the data here, I don't feel like editing the OP, so this is what has changed.

The top 20 best selling games of the year by the first half is more like this:

Top 10 by system has no change on rankings but some on LTD, the chart of games per system has no changes and the one of software by system has a slight increase on all fronts but the ranking stays the same (PSV and PS4 are essentially tied up) nothing changes on hardware.
