Xbox will get the Win 10 Kernel, just like Windows Phone. It doesn't mean you will get a Full fledged PC experience though, sorry. The CPU would be way too weak for that anyway. But the good news is, any vulnerabilities in the Win 10 Kernel in the Future will mit just make your PC attackable, But also your Xbox and Windows Phone! Isn't that great?
