The slowest months in Japan are May, June, September and October (non-holiday season).

Also, note that PS4 is being bundled with Bloodborne for free at the monent in Japan (summer campaign).

PS4 did 24.808 in last August... it is the lowest month of the year.

It was for PS4 last year, but it's not a slow month overall.
