Nintendo is the most anti-technology technology company in the world. They have resisted all modern advancements in console gaming, from CD's, DVD's, Hard Drives, HD Graphics, and Online play. They still to this day downplay the importance of the very hardware they are trying to sell, to the point where there was absolutely no hype surrounding two of their last three consoles. There is no chance that the culture will change at Nintendo to the point where they develop an high end console.
