I would have to go with Capcom. While Atlus are some awesome developers in their own right, Capcom just has a stable of iconic IPs that could fill in some of the "holes" in Nintendo's catalog. Series like RE and Street Fighter could really make Nintendo's lineup have that much more diversity.
