It's my favorite in the series to be honest, and I was completely surprised by it. I figured the controls would suck considering the Wii remote was trash (sorry, but I hate motion controls). They really took a step forward in the story department which was a big deal to me. I really enjoyed the gameplay, the music, the bosses, etc.
I'm not a big fan of OoT, I find it to be highly over rated, but I do respect it.
