I wouldn't hold my breath for that. Most companies will sit on any IP they own just so they can milk it for money if anyone wants to do anything like them. The only way I see any IP's escaping is if they go out of business.
Heck they are already modifying Castlvanian and using it for the Pachinco(spelling) machines by sexing it up. So to make the story short all you will have is memories of the games you use to love.

Well back on topic it looks like they are hard up on money and doing things to cut expendatures. Unfortantly the employees suffer and if it goes too far there will not be much left of the company then it's gambling arm.
