Steve3.2:
"I can do push ups on my own."

But you're not one of those people who are claiming that doing push-ups on your own is actually more fun than doing them with Wii Fit, are you? Because those people are crazy, really. Besides, Wii Fit has over 40 exercises.

"Weight fluctuates daily based upon a variety of factors (time of day, what you may have eaten during the day, etc.). To fool yourself into thinking that you did good or poorly one day versus the next based upon a .1 lb change in weight is silly."

Actually Wii Fit will tell you exactly the same. Do your daily routines and go for long term goals. The bad thing about weighing yourself only once a week is that you may forget it, postpone it and finally drop it. Doing it every day is easier.

"All in all, I don't want to pay $90 for something that I don't need. I think it's great for those who live a sedentary lifestyle to start getting them to think more about activity and getting into shape. But for someone like me who is already pretty fit and understands proper nutrition, exercise, etc., it's a waste of money."

It's okay if it's not for you, but you make it sound as though people who want to use Wii Fit have an unhealthy lifestyle and don't know anything about exercising and healthy food.
