Yes but that's relative. The Wiiu for example was more powerfull than the xbox 360 and ps3 in some ways even though power wasn't really the main focus. And with their next system it could be roughly as powerfull as xbone one and not be going for power. If they were dedicated to power i would think it would be a playstation 4.5.
