reverie:
I have a BMI of 21.1 (5'7"/135lbs). But I'm actually looking to add weight (muscle) versus lose anything. Wii Fit doesn't really offers me much to reach such a goal. (I can do push ups on my own.) I also don't agree with the philosophy of weighing yourself every day. Weight fluctuates daily based upon a variety of factors (time of day, what you may have eaten during the day, etc.). To fool yourself into thinking that you did good or poorly one day versus the next based upon a .1 lb change in weight is silly.

All in all, I don't want to pay $90 for something that I don't need. I think it's great for those who live a sedentary lifestyle to start getting them to think more about activity and getting into shape. But for someone like me who is already pretty fit and understands proper nutrition, exercise, etc., it's a waste of money.

Numbers are like people. Torture them enough and you can get them to say anything you want.
