Sony got 25% of Skyfall's total profits, and since it made a billion dollars, that's a ton of profits. Rest assured Bond has and will continue to be a massive money maker for Sony these last few years. 

Well the movie had a budget of $150-200m and there's probably $100m for marketing, and the movie made $1.1bn, so Sony made around $200m in profit from the movie. Still pretty good...
