So we're looking at more like 53 million combined by the end of the year if there is no YoY growth for the second half of this year. 49 million would mean a 4 million 2H2015 decrease cf 2H2014. Even if Sony doesn't cut the PS4 price in key markets like the USA and Japan I can't see PS4 dropping YoY by that big of a number, especially since PS4 is up YoY for 1H2015. And if MS holds the Xb one price, I think Halo will prevent Xb one from falling too far short of holiday 2014. It is possible without price cuts for 2h2015 to be lower than 2H 2014, but I still expect PS4bone to crack 50 million this year. |
