Random question for my politically minded friends here: I remember my dad telling me once that a president COULD be re-elected 3 times as long as it isn't in a row. (like 2 terms and then absent the next and then 4-8yrs later run again) is he right? My dad is Canadian so he may be wrong with his politcal systems or whatever, but I've never gotten that clarified XD
