Congress flat out said they wouldn't work with him ever on anything (Because they were butthurt).  I mean then what would you do?  

If he broke laws, they should arrest/impeach.  Exept they can't, because he didn't technically, and they would never work together to get that done.

He did break laws but there's no punishment for any of it. His immigration order will probably get overturned because it's illegal but he'll probably just issue a new one. Congress won't work with him after he started to wrongly use executive orders.
