If anything GTAIV will hurt the Wii sales for this month and this month only. Wii Fit did amazing in Japan and Europe and now that Nintendo is trying to reach every single demographic out there and succeeding.
GTAIV is one of the few cards left that the PS360 can pull on the Wii and with still many Nintendo IPs that haven't been used yet, I doubt any game can hurt the Wii.
Final Fantasy XIII isn't gonna be released until late 2010 IMO and by then, the Wii will be too far ahead.
Wii/Nintendo games may not sell the most on day 1, but, tend to sell more before they die out.
