Ori and Quantum Break are IPs owned by Microsoft.

Thats always been my point. Microsoft can own a thousand hit IPs but an extreme few will actually be made by them internally. This is my point.

I'm sure MS has internal teams helping with certain games with other devs same as Sony does.

BTW what is Sony doing this year developed by only them? MLB and Uncharted Collection? Meanwhile MS has Lionhead, Turn 10, Rare, The Coalition and 343 releasing games in 2015. With Rare, The Coalition, Twisted Pixel and more releasing games next year.

I'm talking about internal studios for first party that make new IP's....you're saying Microsoft can develop new IP's just like Sony, yet ....well...literally...just lol.  Ok...i'll give this a shot..

Ok...fine...i'll give you a chance.

I'm going to need to make some tea for this. :)

Show me Microsofts teams that can make new IP's on par with Sony...

Microsoft's most popular teams are sequel teams...not new IP teams.. Its going to be 3rd parties making their most notable new IP's and it will be 343 and the coalition following up with Halo and Gears sequels. Microsofts best bet in terms of first party is Remedy. I move that they buy the company and hopefully dont kill off their creativity.

Nintendo and Sony are the only first party who have proven they have the prowess to develop new ground breaking content internally without buying other peoples IP's. Not saying I don't like whats coming for Microsoft, but i'm just saying its the truth and it will hurt the longevity of their development schedule.
