It's either a hybrid or a home console. Doubt it is going to be a handheld. The handheld market is tanking for years now (hell, 3DS best year was its first, a pattern only usually seen on failed hardware) and even a Nintendo hardware would likely have Vita/Wii U sales nowadays.
