| LuckyTrouble said: Wow you have no idea how a contract works. Okay. I'm done here. And seriously, I just don't want to respond to you. Get over yourself. As an individual, it's my decision to decide when something isn't worth my time. Put together something I actually even care to read the entirety of, and I'll be certain to give you a good, well reasoned response in turn. |
You're the one who doesn't because a contract varies it's not the same for everyone, you're saying he can be vetoed then bring up a contract with Enix which during a long period quite a few DQ games were released and publish by other companies in Japan as well. So that defeats your own argument congratulations you just argued against yourself and proved me right in that terms can allow him to do so. An exclusive contract can mean many things, for example it can just mean that they're the only ones to publish it but have no input on his affairs in regard to the franchise, at which point any interference can be considered a breach, believe me I've seen all types of contracts from the days of when I was working in media.
You didn't put together well reasoned responses you just got frustrated when a counter point was put forward and now attempting the usual moral high ground.
