She did not have to exit her vehicle until he stated why he was asking her to exit her vehicle, instead of doing that he started shouting and threatened to drag her out. He said she was under arrest, and she asked 'for what?' to which he then continued to threaten her with violence. Can you give the time stamp when she kicks him? Because I can't see it

Actually she did have to exit her vehicle as soon as he made it clear that it was an order (which he did almost immediately if not immediately) and he did not have to give any reason.

If you don't act like a moron during a routine traffic stop, you'll be just fine.

You do not have to exit your car unless you are under arrest. It's wise to exit the car to avoid a confrentation but it's perfectly legal to stay in your car if you are not under arrest.

This was a big issue when a serial killer was posing a police officer ordering people to get out of their car, and when they did he kidnapped them. You have to get out of your car is a cop shows that he's a police officer and orders you to get out if you are under arrest.

Again, you should get out of the car but she was in her right not to as there was no reason to.
