That's so little compared to as example pretty much the whole of Europe, I think I go to Chicago!

It's confusing how they put the taxes on some single things like now with Netflix and the likes and how every city seems to can do their own stuff in USA  (in other countries taxes are the same in the whole country and not different from place to place) but in general it's still much less as here.
