Sandra Bland wasn't exactly polite either. She should have followed her own advice and contested her stop in court rather than arguing with police.

She wasn't polite but she never shouted or hurled abuse at him. He's the one threatening violenve, he's one saying he's going to drag her out, light her up etc. She asked MULTIPLE times what she was being arrested for and he never gave a straight answer.

She did not have to get out of her car, you don't arrest someone for switching lanes (to let him pass through) without indicating. You ask for licence and registration. Then you give them a ticket. You don't drag them out of the car threaten to taze them and slam them onto the ground.

Again, no defence for the officer.
