Except PC gamers paid the same price as console gamers for Arkham Knight, and, if SteamSpy is at all reliable, PC sales were too good for WB to have any excuse for the piss poor port we got. The Witcher 3 on PC also sold as well or better than the Xbone version, at full price, or at the most $10 off. Plenty of console ports are selling near or over 1mil on PC these days, which I think justifies an at least decent port.

Even besides that, most of the time PC games don't really have any "more" graphical features than consoles, they're basically the same as console titles, just essentially with a few "sliders" bumped up. Higher res, better textures, AA, AO, framerate, etc, which afaik are pretty easy to implement, so why not put those options in the games? Especially when you have people paying $5000 for a rig to get the absolute best experience.
