If you have PS+ for your PS4:
Sell some of the games and some of the controllers, keep the PS3. You get 2 PS3-games additional to the other PS+ stuff every month.
Sell the camera and move controllers. If you are interested in project morpheus, you can keep the move controllers, but the camera is incompatible to the PS4.
