Realistically, how powerful can Nintendo's next handheld & console be if they release at $199.99 each?

They can probably come in at below the X1 with a hybrid, being a portable as well I can see them being willing to sell at a loss or sell for no profit at first to make it even more affordable because the would be powerful sellers like Pokemon on the way so they can recoup costs from software.
