Profits would tell a completely different story. Sony doesn't usually sell their hardware at a big profit, and according to Yoshida, only 3 or 4 out of 10 of the games Sony publishes actually make money. 

I think 350 million in profits is excellent.  But  thats just me.  The more compelling thing for me is the fact that they only made like 91 million last year on PlayStation.  They make a lot on platforming fees obviously, but I think this also show that the PS4 is selling for well above cost.   Somewhere I read that they are expecting lower revenue this year.  I just don't see how that is remotely possible unless they lower the price.  The math doesn't add up.
