obviously anything you buy for entertainment or comfort is a 'luxury' by pure definition
in general I think its obvious that game consoles and handheld, despite generally being cheaper, are more luxuries than computers / PC gaming. I say this simply because a lot of people already HAVE TO own a computer for work or school so it's more logical to just upgrade it a bit for the entertainment factor- money will be spent on it regardless
