FF7 and World of Final Fantasy were announced as first on PS4 at E3. Maybe that was part of Microsoft's deal, they not only get Tomb Raider early, but also prevented FF7 and World of FF from being full exclusives? Or maybe Square Enix is working on KH Collection for both PS4 and XB1 and the XB1 version is part of the deal as well.

Worlds of FF was announced as "console exclusive" at the show. That means PC port down the line, but not XB1 or NX. 

And I highly doubt a deal MS made with the Eidos side of SE has anything to do with Final Fantasy. Sony made those deals for exclusivity.
