Hell no, and I don't usually use such strong words. What little I've used the beta, it sucks compared to 7. Why would I want to downgrade to 10 if I'm using 7? I'd be very quick to switch to 10 if I had 8, but I don't so I'm in no hurry.
Honestly, the UI still sucks compared to 7. Everything's just a little bit harder than before, and just because they tried to make it simpler. Now really dumb users have it easier but I have to look longer for features I use daily. There's probably going to be a program to change the UI back but I'm not going to support MS and their new OS.
I might try it if I could switch back to 7 at any time, but from what I've heard, it sounds like you have 30 days to switch back after which it's bye bye 7. That is, sounds like the license key won't be valid for 7 anymore.
