Eh, I dunno.
Outside of fighters, I feel that something like an action game with so many characters from already established franchises would be weird, as you'd have to incorparate all these themes and settings from several franchises, and it'd all kinda clash together.
"Just for comparison Uncharted 4 was 20x bigger than Splatoon 2. This shows the huge difference between Sony's first-party games and Nintendo's first-party games."
