I see you chose to just completely ignore the point about false advertising laws covering investments and services.

 

What false advertising? Nobody paid for a Wii U version of the game. The investment was for a PC game. TThere was no point where anyone was promised a Wii U release in return for their investment. It was always a share of any profits once the games development was covered coupled with early access to alpha and beta PC builds and a voice in the community of investors to help shape the direction of the development.
