GTA for the Playstation is akin to Halo for the 360. As posted above, why do you think DMC4 had a ratio of only 1.66 in favor of the 360? Console loyalty is huge. There's millions of people out there that haven't purchased a new console since their PS2. I imagine with this new GTA, the killer app for the PS3, a lot of PS2 owners are upgrading to the PS3.
There should also be a slight bump for 360 GTA4 once the DLC arrives in August.
