I should be more specific, Batman would win because a writer made it happen. :P
And saying one reality manipulator is better than the other makes little sense. Dr Manhattan can shape reality, he doesn't do that much of it really though. Mr Myx is probably more powerful even if it's based on moving from one dimension to another but Supes can't beat him, Mr Myx isn't downright evil and is just having fun. (Right? They haven't changed that have they?).
