ex. For turf wars, Do I rank  A = 10/10 , B = 8/10 , C = 4/10 , D = 4/10 , E = 2/10 etc..

or A > B > C = D > E, etc.. which would be converted do A = 10, B = 9, C = 8, D = 8, E = 6
