Yeah, no. What we're seeing is the now months of work that probably go into starting the publishing process from scratch. I imagine they can't just snap their fingers and get the game rated by the ESRB, figure out distribution and otherwise, get the game printed, and distributed. I don't even think the PC port is impacting it, as they could just release that later. This is simply the result of NoA's indecisiveness.
