Do you think the reason Devil's Third is being delayed in America is to fix the problems?

I think it's not to fix the game but to distance itself from it. Somebody at NOA got their hands on a finished copy and didn't like what they saw.
Looks like the game may be mediocre at best which is a shame.
I'm still keen to get it, it has an August 29th release date here in Australia...
