There are many problems with this battle, mainly, it doesn´t respect the speed of light at all. A single human punch at 99% of that speed has the energy of 400000 Gigatons, about 4 million Tsar bombs.
The whole earth atmosphere would burn and an area of the size of the USA would be destroyed instantly. The planet could be destroyed by the shockwaves.
I actually believe Goku ssj3 to be enough to beat superman, but unless they are fighting in a very special place, Goku would lose for not being able to survive in outer space.
