They absolutely will keep doing Directs. They're likely right now just in a holding pattern, working on things as normal, things that Iwata and the other management decided years and months ago. Many of which we probably won't find out about for months or years to come.
Nintendo Directs are extremely effective for Nintendo. They will absolutely keep doing them, until something comes along that works even better. I have no idea if that is possible, but nevertheless.
The Screamapillar is easily identified by its constant screaming—it even screams in its sleep. The Screamapillar is the favorite food of everything, is sexually attracted to fire, and needs constant reassurance or it will die.
