1st market NX properly and push it to every retailer as possible and have a ton of ads. 2nd make the console in the familiar architecture with PC, X1 and PS4, this would help them get 3rd party support. make sure atleast the power and graphics are somewhat in those PS4 and X1 levels, so it won't be a dull 3rd party game.
really try to expand more rather than keep your established cutie IPs, if the western audience needs M games,, collaborate those CODs, BF, etc... and get those new IPs in (or sequels from less established franchises), don't forget to market it. :)
have a normal controller as the main controller.
