What kind of cop out would Screw Attack come up with to make Superman win this one? Because he would most certainly use whatever he could to defeat his opponent. 

Except people don't want Vegeta Vs Superman. And Superman can just speedblitz Vegeta anyway.

And Vegeta is always known to be behind the power curve... Every time. Vegita simply would never be strong enough.
