Except Goku can't destroy galaxies. And Instant Transmission isn't Instant. If it was, then there would be delay when Goku phases to the place he would want to go to, and there clearly is a delay.

Um yea, you're wrong about instant transmission. I'm pretty sure you watched the anime but instant transmission in the manga is described as instantaneous. There is no delay So If goku was to spam instant transmission Super man would never be able to catch him. not like it matters, super man is the most OP character ever made just for the sake of it.
