The problem with Superman, and any comic character in this type of competition, is that they're written so inconsistently. One moment superman is hurling planets around, the next he's getting punched by Superman. In one comic Wolverine needs several days to heal from a deep wound, the next he's able to regenerate from complete incineration in seconds. Even a character as weak as hawkeye has incarnations that vary in strength and ability.
So, it's kind of a weird question to ask. If we take the strongest possible version of Superman, Goku doesn't stand a chance. But, there are several interpretations of Superman that Goku could wreck without breaking a sweat. Kind of a crapshoot.
