Oh really?  What's faster than Instantaneous again?  Because, yeah, Goku can move instantaneously.  So, yeah, your argument is invalid.  And I was making a hyperbollic statement, neither Superman nor Goku would actually kill each other, because neither is evil and both of them will not land a killing blow unless pushed to that end, neitehr Superman or Goku would ever do such a thing.  Additionally, the way Goku fights, is to match himself to his opponent, he'd hang out at SSJ1 until Superman tired himself, and yeah, not a stalemate, but Goku would let Superman think it was, because he's just a nice guy like that. However, if Goku were evil, he could just blink to a different galaxy, and simply vaporize the Milky Way galaxy.  Fight over.  Roll credits.
