If you didn't play the the DS originals, I'd recommend the 3DS remakes of Shin Megami Tensei Devil Survivor 1 and 2. I'm playing the remake of 2 right now, and it's fantastic.
Other than that, I'd recommend Tales of the Abyss, Shin Megami Tensei IV, and Persona Q. There are also a ton of RPGs on DS that I enjoyed which you'd have access to as well...if you're not only looking at 3DS games.
