They need to do one as soon as they make a firm commitment to a new "face" for the company. It doesn't need to be the CEO but it does need to be someone that they trust to hold the role for many years going forward. They need to display order and stability as soon as possible, both to fans and investors.
Just please don't let it be Reggie.
