Maybe, but the June promotion was even more insanity. Nah, i predict a heavy dropped for PS4 and XBO this month, even because not only the promotion, but generally June is way stronger than July.
And also June is a 5 weeks month VS 4 weeks July.
If June was a 5 weeks month, then that's what the sales would be:
[PS4] 293,000
[XB1] 238,000
