Actually you must've typo'd XBO Nevember 2014 as the OP has it at 1.23m

I always see 1.24 million for November and 1.3 million for December... any source?

Aquamarine flatout said 1,230,500. 1.3m is from the NPD thread for December, but I don't want to look through them right now. Those 2 numbers are correct.
