which means as of now (well last week ended) there have been 210,000 PS3s sold according to GfK, and 213,682 according to VGC, so you can stop bitching Auron.
It is rather odd that the guy compared that figure (which is the PS3 after 13 months) to the PS2 figure of only 12 months, particularly as PS2 was just entering it's Christmas period then and so at 13 months was actually ahead of the PS3 in sales.

of course that doesn't include the free PS3s, so there are more PS3 owners in the same time frame, just not to the extent that this article claims (238:225 instead of 238:146)
